FAQ

Do you offer custom bridal dresses to match my unique style and preferences?

Regrettably, we specialize in made-to-wear dresses only. Please take the time to browse through our collection; it offers a wide range of options to suit various styles and preferences.

How long will my appointment be?

Our appointments are usually set for one hour with an extra, planned time margin for questions and concerns post-appointment.

What does made-to-order mean?

Made-to-order refers to a process where a bridal dress is not produced until an order is placed. Instead, it is tailored specifically for you based on your measurements, to ensure a perfect fit on your big day.

Are alterations included in the purchase, or are there any incurred additional costs?

Elian Studios is happy to offer you one on-the-house alteration. Should you need further alteration, additional fees may be incurred.

Can I bring a friend or family member along to my appointment?

Of course, we are happy to receive their input and excitement for you, but please note, that the space may only accommodate 1 or 2 extra guests.

How can I start the purchasing process of a made-to-order dress?

After perusing our made-to-order collection, you can select a couple of your favorite gowns, take your accurate measurements using our size guide, and finally reach out to set an appointment to further discuss shipping details.

Do you have a return policy?

Since all our dresses are made-to-order, which means the dress has been especially tailored and crafted for you, we unfortunately do not accept item returns or exchanges after the process is agreed upon and initiated.

How early should I start a made-to-order purchasing process in order to have my dress ready just before my wedding day?

Please bear in mind that from the appointment up until your dress is shipped to your location requires 1-3 months of planning, execution, and alterations, if any. A 90-day head-start is a safe margin to start your process.
